Hi Polycom

We have some users that are having issues with dialling international numbers. In some cases they are to slow to dial them and eventually the phone rings without them finishing the number

We have our phones provisioned so im wondering what you guys advice to change?

Im think there's somthing in the dial plan that needs to be changed?

We are currently using Polycom VVX300's and 5.4.1.14510

Hello Paddy,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

In addition it also helps other users if you check your old posts => here <= and mark them if the answer supplied helpd you.

This flags these so other users can find them easier.

In regards to your new question the FAQ contains this post here:

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
