How many of you out there use StartSSL.com Certificate Authority in your phones?

If you would like to see the StartSSL certificate authority embedded in the Polycom firmware, please vote here: https://jira.polycom.com:8443/browse/EXT-4669 StartSSL was the least expensive CA when i researched a number of years ago.

Hello pcTechs,

this JIRA ticket was deleted to all I know as this kind of external feature request has not been supported for years.

 

I can only advise that any currently released Software Version like UC Software 5.5.0, UC Software 5.4.2 or UC Software 5.3.3 should have the new certificate included.

 

I am unable to comment on any planned or future releases due NDA limitations.

 

I can only advise to check the release notes once we upload new software.

Our Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 and 650 do not go Polycom UC version 4.
