Am I correct in assuming that a reset to factory does not change the application / firmware load ?
If so where can I find a list of what the original firmware shipped with a phone was ?
There are various numbers at the back of the phone I am hoping there is a table somewhere which can show me
the hardware revision and the firmware load.
Thanks

Sep 17, 2014 Question:What Software Version will Polycom ship phones with?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above explains this and based on the age of the phone it would have been shipped with a different version.
A factory restore will not touch the software, it will only reset the settings.
