Help with Trio 8800

Not sure if I am in the right place for this but I am using Polycom Trio 8800. Can you please guide me how to do the following:

1 -  I want to start a Zoom meeting for which I am the organiser/host

2 - I want to join a Zoom meeting where the organiser has a Pro account

3 - I want to join a Zoom meeting where the organiser does not have a Pro account

Would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

Re: Help with Trio 8800

Hello @FHyder ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.

Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible

For example, is this a Trio paired with a VisualPro/+ or a Standalone Trio or is this in Poly Zoom mode aka paired with a Windows PC?

Most likely our partner Zoom should be able to answer and guide you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
