We're in the process of testing HTTPS for several different Polycom devices.  We have a SPIP330 & SPIP335 that are each running firmware 3.3.1.  We have a SPIP550, SPIP670 and SPIP6000 that are on 3.3.2.  Our config server is set up for HTTPS support and is running a GeoTrust SSL certificate and does not currently require user/pwd authentication.  the SPIP330 & 335 have no issues running against the HTTPS server address.  The 550, 670 & 6000 all get the following in the logs on boot and load the default configuration.  They will run just fine via HTTP.  I am sure we are just missing another setting somewhere, but I am not sure what that might be.  I've compared the devices that are working against the devices that are not, and the settings appear to be the same.  Thanks.

Hello eak3rd,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Have you compared the BootROM Versions of the Phones that are not working and the ones that are working.

I would recommend to run the latest BootROM 4.3.1

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
