Hello!
How can we fix the voice error while dialing "I'm sorry, you entered an incorrect extension."
Unless we dial super-fast, we get this error every time.
We don't dial so fast in our office, as we are entering a couple of digits at a time from a form.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
The above is also stated in the "Read First: Welcome to the Polycom VoIP Forum"
