Good morning,

We are having an issue with several customers on our platform and looking to see if anyone can help or offer assistance as to this.

The issue is that they keep getting calls from strange numbers, sometimes it displays 100 and they can receive the calls.

Please advise.

Thank you

Hello Ayo ,

welcome back to the Polycom community.

Parameter Avialable values Default
voIpProt.SIP.requestValidation.x.method Null, source, digest, both, all Null
If Null, no validation is made. Otherwise this sets the type of validation performed for the request. If source: ensure request is received from an IP address of a server belonging to the set of target registration servers; If digest: challenge requests with digest authentication using the local credentials for the associated registration (line); If both or all: apply both of the above methods

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
