Force override of backgrounds???

Can I force a locally configured background?  I'm deploying a corporate logo as an idle image and this looks ugly when people change the background.    I have a background set for any phones that didn't change it (or those that reset a local configuration).

Can I prevent users from changing their  background without totally locking out the rest of the settings?

Hello Scott,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

  1. Changes made via the GUI have the highest priority.
  2. Changes made via the Web interface have the next lower priority
  3. Changes made via configuration files have the lowest priority
