Hi,

For the mac-directory.xml file we use a custom header, because is generated by a script for diferent brances....

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<!-- offices::[....] --><!-- directoryname::[....] --><directory>

....

When you add to favorite a conntact and save from the phone (VXX500 in my case) it will modify the header...

The older version of firmware did't change the header...

Now when I save from the phone looks like this the header:

<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<!-- edited with XMLSPY v5 rel. 4 U (http://www.xmlspy.com) -->
<?Saved @ --2016-03-08T10:35:08-- ?>

......

Is there any possibility to keep my header?

Best Regards,

Constantin

Hello Constantin,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is not possible and you should look at something like a central phone book aka LDAP or similar instead.

A feature request would be required to change this as explained here:

Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change to the current Polycom SIP / UCS Software?

Resolution: Please check => here <=
