HP Recommended

UC Software 5.4.4 or later:

 

A new parameter up.OffHookLineView.enabled was added. Enabling this will not show the standard Call Records when lifting the handset. The same is applicable during a transfer

On a VVX500 or VVX600 no specific Software is needed

 

Answering the call and placing it on hold:

Swiping the screen as illustrated in the above Picture will bring back the Home Screen displaying any Lines, contacts, Buddies or added BLF’s

Trying instead to Transfer the Call or starting a Conference will show this screen:

Selecting the highlighted area will bring up the home screen:

VVX400 / VVX410

 

Pre-requisite UCS 4.1.6

 

Answering the call and either transfer or conference:
