When I try going to the web page for the IP address of a VVX 500 phone to configure it, I get a message from the web browser "the connection was reset". I do not get a login prompt.
Does the built-in web server for the web configuration utility have to be enabled or is there an access control list that is allowing only certain IP addresses to connect? If so, how can I enable the web server or configure the access control list from the phone? I do not see anything in the Basic or Advanced Settings.

Not knowing who provisioned the phone it could be as simple as the provider having disabled the web interface.
