Edge Series Factory Reset and Boot Menu Access

I recently purchased an Edge E350, currently on firmware 8.1.0.12774. I have two scenarios that I need to document:

- How do we access the boot menu prior to the phone fully starting up? Example, there are times that we take over a customer's VoIP solution and must disable ZTP after a factory reset. This obviously must be done prior to the phone fully booting.

- I tried following this link to factory restore the phone without an admin password, however, the phone fully boots and does not provide the opportunity to factory restore. How can a restore be accomplished in the event that the admin password is not accessible?
