Hi,

currently camera presets for the EEIV USB on Trio in Zoom Rooms mode are not supported, this is a show stopper for one of my customers who has multiple whiteboards in his conference rooms and needs to easily switch to each view.

Any info if cam presets are on the roadmap for the Zoom Rooms base profile?

Zoom is utilizing the Polycom Trio for their Zoom Room solution and you or your customer would need to inquire this with Zoom.
