Hello,

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

My company has 15 x VVX 411 IP phones all connected to 8x8

Software version: 6.4.2.3008

I recently installed an Akuvox door entry intercom system and I would like the intercom to dial our phone's IP address when a visitor presses the call button.  Unfortunately, this is not working and I've spent several hours trying to figure out why my phones are rejecting calls from the intercom.

I spoke to 8x8 and they told me that direct IP calls won't work when the phone is provisioned by 8x8.  I find this really odd because my VVX 300 (also provisioned by 8x8) works perfectly.  To be honest 8x8 support isn't that good!

Hoping someone can help.  Log file below:

Many Thanks,

Rob
