VVX 410 running 5.5.1

I'm trying to set up an EFK to use the Intercom feature on the server.  The feature code is *80.

I have a softkey set up using the code below.

softkey.2.label="Intercom"
softkey.2.action="*80$P1N3$$Tinvite$"
softkey.2.enable="1"
softkey.2.use.idle="1"

efk.efkprompt.1.status="1"
efk.efkprompt.1.label="Enter Ext"
efk.efkprompt.1.type="numeric"
efk.efkprompt.1.digitmatching="none"

The button works and it will prompt me to enter the Ext number.  I enter my digits and press Enter and the feature works as expected.  However, if I enter my digits and not press Enter, the phone will just sit and not do anything.

Is it possible to use the efk.prompt.digitmatching feature to recognize that 3 digits have been entered and continue with the macro automatically without having to press Enter?  I've found no information searching the forums or the admin guide on any detailed explination of what exactly the feature does or how to configure it.

Hello @ChadBrewyet,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Could I kindly ask you not to "bumb" an issue as people will respond if they have anything to respond.

If your issue is urgent please work with your Polycom reseller as they are your Tier 1 support.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
