Hello!
Is it possible to acheive the following task:
1. Having 1 registration with 1 line key assigned to it
2. Second line key uses same registration info, but different display name and different digitmap.
I was able to achieve it entering same credentials on 2 lines 2 times, but if this is configured - I'm getting 2 calls to the phone instead of one (1 per each registered account, what is logic)
If I'm disabling registation on 2nd account - all works perfectly, but I see an "unregistered" icon on second account, which is confusing.
I was trying to change icons, but seems cannot find mentioned menu parts from here - https://documents.polycom.com/bundle/ucs-ag-6-1-0/page/c-fraser-ag-icon-customization.html
Can you please advice?
Polycom VVX 411 - UC Software Version 6.3.1.11465
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Igor Olhovskiy ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
The digitmap can only be applied to a line. Multiple appearances of a single line/registration cannot have a different digitmap. Usually, a SIP switch or PABX would control what a phone can dial so it is just a workaround to have this action taken by the endpoint.
In regards to Icons, this is only when using a Broadsoft themed UI. This is specific to Broadsoft and only works with a Broadsoft server.
