I am attempting to set up Hold Lines on with a Shared Call Appearance on Broadsoft, that would synchronize with Polycom Desk phones as well. I am unable to place a call on hold on the Desk Phone, and have it show and be able to pick up from the D230, and vice versa. I am assuming this is because of the DECT phones using a Local Hold instead of ITSP Hold. How do I disable the Local Hold and make sure the device is using ITSP provided Hold Feature? Thanks!

I think it's best reach out to Poly deskphone group at Support Page: support.polycom.com. The support page allows you to open a web ticket by following the next steps:
Create an account or log in if you already have an account.
Scroll down to the section Service Request Center
Click on My Service Requests.
Click on Create New Service request.
Fill in the Serial number of your device and fill the information that’s asked to submit your web ticket.
Or, to call in, you can find the help telephone number according to your region on the section here: https://support.polycom.com/content/support/contact-us.html
