Custom dictionary issue regarding Call history/ Chinese characters are apearing

Hi guys,

 

I have a problem regarding VVX 150/ 301 series.

 

We have created a custom dictionary file for the Croatian language and changed the cfg file in accordance with the Polycom instructions and everything seems fine. The only issue occurs when browsing the call history menu where Chinese characters are appearing instead of the normal date format (see the images).

On the default screen date and time format is correct. Currently is set as DD/MM/YY.

 

Has anyone run into the same problem? Do you have some advice? I can provide config file if needed.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

 

Not enough detail in this post aka software version etc.
