Re: Configuring LED patterns for expansion module

Hello Sina,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As an example the UC Admin Guide 5.5.0 explains on page 113 Set Patterns for LED Indicators. I do not have any examples and the patterns are both for the phone and the expansions module.

Re: Configuring LED patterns for expansion module

Hello Sina,

Again I do not believe you can assign a different pattern to individual keys but the Page 115 holds information on how to "Change the Color of Line Key Indicators for Incoming Calls"

If these examples are not sufficient and a Community search or a Web Search does not deliver enough examples the next step would be to contact your Polycom reseller so they can open a ticket with Polycom support.

Re: Configuring LED patterns for expansion module

Hello Sina,

This is a standard feature when using Busy Lamp Fields.

This is all described in the FAQ but must be supported by your SIP switch.

There is another feature called buddy watch which has limited features.
