I have a VVX 500 running UC 5.8.2.4732 generic profile (not skype or lync) and am trying to make transferring calls more intuitive for my users. I'm looking to configure the transfer key to automatically call up the lines screen when pressed. I have this working on my VVX400s since they have a "Lines" softkey that I can virtually press from the softkey action. The parameters look like this:

softkey.feature.basicCallManagement.redundant="0"

//Adds Transfer softkey during call

softkey.1.enable="1"
softkey.1.use.active="1"
softkey.1.label="Transfer"
softkey.1.precede="1"
softkey.1.action="$FTransfer$$FSoftkey1$"

//Adds Blind Transfer softkey during call

softkey.2.enable="1"
softkey.2.use.active="1"
softkey.2.label="Blind XFR"
softkey.2.precede="1"
softkey.2.action="$FTransfer$$FSoftkey3$$FSoftkey1$"

On the VVX500 series and above, they don't have the "Lines" Softkey since they are touchscreens and the above parameters don't work. Instead, the lines screen is called up when the user presses a button at the top:

imageTransfer Screen, lines buttonimageLines Screen

Is there a way to configure an active call softkey to bring up the lines screen automatically? Any help is appreciated.

Hello @EvolutionGroup ,

from our FAQ:

Apr 24, 2014 Question: How can I transfer a call to a Buddy/shared line/BLF/Contact on a VVX300/VVX400/VVX500/VVX600?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

This should cover what you need without the need for an EFK

Best regards

This is exactly what I was looking for. I've added the below parameter and it works as expected:

up.OffHookLineView.enabled="1"

I'm going to try this on my VVX400s as this appears to be a more streamlined way to get to lines than my macro.

Thank you very much!
