As already explained via LinkedIn please check that DND is not active on the phone. I just created an FAQ article here:

 

Feb 12, 2020 Question: Able to make outgoing calls but cannot receive calls?

Resolution: Please check for DND / Do not disturb >here<

If this does not fix your issue or is not your problem please be aware that Poly only manufactures phones and does not provide any services.

 

Please liaise with someone in your office to check who provides the actual service as this is to 99,99%, not a Poly issue.

Hello @Hollim0415 

 

as already explained this is most likely not a Poly issue.

 

Imagine we are your Mobile Phone. We do not know what SIM card has been used to provide the service. Poly only manufactures the hardware but we do not provide the actual service.

 

Try pressing Home > Settings > Status > Lines and see if there is a clue who provides the service. If not as already suggested check with people in the office you are working.
