Cannot change settings on Web Interface

Hi all,

I'm new to Polycom and to these endpoints but I'm just trying to get a VVX 1500 endpoint to register to a Cisco UCM 9.1 deployment.  I'm trying to modify the web settings (Lines or SIP server) but it just goes to respwait.htm and doesn't do anything.  When I go back into the settings, it just has the old settings for the device.

I tried searching and found a reference to an IP550 station to reset local and web configuration but I don't see those options on the settings on the phone for the VVX endpoint.

Any help on this would be appreciated.  I'm going to try the reset procedure of holding 2, 4, and 6 but any other ideas would be great

Re: Cannot change settings on Web Interface

Hello Andrew,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to provide the current software Version as some features are simply not available when using an older software.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?

For the CUCM utilization we have a specific document => here <-
