Wanted to add that I also have this issue with any 6.4.X.XXXX versions on VVX 411 and VVX 450 phones.

For instance, we use Line keys for park orbits, BLFs for parking lot extensions with our Asterisk phone system.  With 6.3.X firmware versions we can go to the Utilities tab, select "Line Key Configuration", Click "Add Line Key Function", click the "Static BLF" radio button, type "Hold/Park" in the "Label" field, "700" in the "Address" field, and select "Automata" in the "Type" field, and click the "Save" button, and this adds a "line" to our screen called "Hold/Park" that does a blind transfer to the extension 700 Park orbit if pressed during a call.

We do the same procedure, for extensions 701-704, except we choose "Normal" in the "Type" field, and this adds "line" keys to the main phone screen for those parking lot extensions that light up when a call is parked in that extension.

This works fine on any 6.3.X.XXXX version on both the VVX 411 and VVX 450 phones.  Upgrading to any 6.4.X.XXXX breaks this functionality.  Following the above procedure with the "Static BLF" button clicked always results in a popup that says "Enter Address Value".  I have tried every variation of the extension I can think of in the "Address" field (i.e. 700@f.q.d.n, 700@1.0.0.1, sip:700@internal, sip:700, sip:700@f.q.d.n, etc., ad nauseum) and always get the "Enter Address value" popup.  Downgrading back to 6.3.X.XXXX appears to be the only working solution.

Hello @BrentD ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

As already explained >here< this would need to come into our support organization to be looked at and then targetted for a fix.

End Customers can open a ticket directly with Poly support if the unit is within warranty. Other  available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
