I am trying to reconfigure 550's to work with a Mitel 3300 MCD.  The phones are currently configured and working through Vocalocity.  I have the IP address for the phone and can ping that address on my network (whether I have my network connected to the internet or not) but when I type that address in the web browser it brings up nothing.  I spoke with tech support at Polycom and they didn't really have any idea, other than "it should work".  I have the admin password and can make changes to anything through the phone, so am I missing a "web access" feature or something that isn't set on the phone itself?

Hello aDavis,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If this is a provisioned solution your provider may have either simply turned the web interface off or changed it's default port.

Please liaise with your Provider for more details.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
