My ip450 has been updated to UCS 3.3.5 from 3.2.5, but now I can not modify the line1 address and anthentication user id by web interface. When I change the address and anthentication user id and then click the submit button, the browser jumps to http://phoneip/respWait.htm, and displays

"Configuration Updated.
Applying changes."

but the new configration does not work at all, and the phone does not reboot.

Could you please tell me how to config it to make the web interface work? Thanks.

Hello darrenhuang,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Phone does no longer need to reboot if the SIP Credentials are changed.

I would suggest you check your provisioning server for the existence of the <mac>-phone.cfg or <mac>-web.cfg file.

These will be uploaded by the phone to store the configuration changes made via the Gui or the Web Interface.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Steffen Baier,

Thanks for your reply.

I checked the <mac>-web.cfg file in provisioning server, and found that the changes I made by web interface were not written to this file. The old settings are made before the upgrade, I think maybe the upgrade cause the chaos. I clear the local override file and the web override file via the GUI, after phone rebooting, all the old settings disappear. Now  I can make settings via the web interface. Thank you again for your help.
