I run a SoundPoint IP 450.   No provisioning server, I receive service from voip.ms in Canada.

My phone is

Bootblock: 2.8.1  (12450_001)

BootROM: 4.2.0.0310

SIP version 3.3.4.0085

I have two SIP lines registered on the one phone.  Here is the problem:

When I am on Line 1 and a second call arrives on Line 1, I can see the Caller ID details (name and number) for the incoming call.

When I am on LIne 1 and a second call arrives on Line 2, I can not see the Caller ID details (name and number) for the incoming call.  The green light flashes next to the button and the icon moves but the name and telephone number of the caller do not display.

The same is true for Line 2, I can not see the incoming Caller ID details for a second call arrving for Line 1

I have tried multple variations but I can not get this to work.  I need to be able to see who is calling when I am already on the phone.

I have attached screen shots for Line 1,2 and 3 configuration.

Thanks so much for your help -  Michael
