After a while of being plugged in to the system some of the CX600 phones we have deployed lose options like 'transfer call". After power cycling the phone this remedies itself.
Does anyone know what may be causing this?
is the issue easily to reproduce?
Does it appear after a certain Time Period?
What Software Version is installed on the Handset?
What Software Upgrades have you installed on the LYNC Environment?
I remember a case where the automatic Lock/PIN after 1h would affect the Phone as it would automatically lock the Handset and the transfer Button etc. would disappear.

This may be a side-effect of disabling the Device Lock policy in Lync on Lync Phone Edition devices runnings firmware older than CU2 (4.0.7577.2xx). This was a known bug in earlier release of the device software.
