CX5500 with 1.1.2 through 1.1.6 (the slowness is across all versions tested). Out of the box config with just a few settings the unit boots in around 90 seconds. When I take the same config and switch over to use https for the provisioning server (adding 4 settings), the CX boot takes sometimes over 20 minutes with cycling black and red screens multiple times. It is the oddest thing. What logs can I turn on to troublshoot to see what might be the problem?
I can only urge you to raise this with your Polycom reseller so our support team can analyze the logs.
If you fail to identify your reseller please provide me with a serial number of one of the affected units.
