Hello,

 

My CX 500 model was able to connect to our Lync server but not anymore. Meanwhile, we have deployed Lync 2013 Directors pool, CX 500 working with Lync director ?

 

Our DHCP options seems correct. These options point to our lync 2013 director service and dhcpclientutile.exe -emulateclients return sucess.

Test-CsPhoneBootstrat is sucess too but the CX 500 is not able to sign-in, error message is :

 

"An account matching this phone number cannot be found. Please contact your support team."

We have try with different number and different user. The point is CX500 working properly with Lync Front-End but not with Lync Directors.

 

I have downloaded Lync CX 500 log phone but it's hard to read them 🙂

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A few questions you may want to provide answers to:

 

  • How do you sign into the phone ?
    Pin & Extension or Better together via USB and a PC?

  • Have you factory reset the phone yet via holding the * and # key on booting the phone?

  • Are all your DNS entries up to date?

The next step would be to raise a ticket with Microsoft Support who provide the LYNC server and the Optimized for LYNC software running on the phone.

 

They will be able to check the logs for you.
