CCX 700 - Custom Adding APK? [Specifically, VPN/Networking]

I want to add an app to the CCX 700 for networking purposes. In this specific example, I want to add the ZeroTier App so off-site phones can have an integrated encrypted link back to the main site. I would be interested in other secure connections like WireGuard, but that would also require a specific App.

What in-phone solutions exist for supporting encrypted tunnels currently? How can I get ZeroTier installed (and accessible from the top menu app switcher on the phone)? If this is not currently possible, how do I express this is a worthwhile feature to allow certain networking apps to be installed for such a purpose?

Although we do use Polycom in our office, we're primarily a VoIP provider that uses Polycom hardware for customers. Is this capability available for service providers? 

If not, how can this be enabled in the future?
