So we have a number of other Poly phones in our network, and recently acquired a CCX 600.  We have it updated to the latest software version (as available through the web GUI) and have it connected to our FreePBX server.  WE are using the "Generic" base profile.

The issue we're having is that we've added BLF line keys through the web GUI as we have on our other phones (VVX phones thus far), but they are not showing on the CCX.  Is there something I'm missing?

Hello @NateS ,

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months, or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id as it is important to know what is being used.

Therefore the different community sections may contain a post or FAQ on how to find this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

The FAQ also contains details on BLF and you may want to check a backup of both phones so you can compare the difference.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
