We use the Polycom IP321.  Is there a way to Bulk Delete messages or stop them from coming to the phone and flashing the Mesaage Waiting Indicator Light?  We get the voicemail notifications through e-mail using Ring Central.  Thanks for any help.

Hello wm820,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You should most likely ask this question your SIP provider as they control the voice mail.

 

Usually a phone either receives a SIP Notify from the SIP server or SUBSCRIBES to the Messaging Service in order to be updated about the Voice Mail Status.

 

Again this depends on the SIP Provider so I suggest you raise this with them.
