Boss - Secr. Issue with CX600



Issue with CX600:


Chef has permanent CF to Secretary. Secretary has a Lync client with headset (preferred audio output) and usb connection to a CX600. Cx600 has the same credentials as the Lync client.


Calls directly to the secretary landed on both, Lync client..ringing headset and ringing CX600......behaviour okay

Calls forwarded by the Lync client of the Chef landed only on the CX600 of the secretary......secretäry has no choice to accept the call on the headset. Headset not ringing.


Delegate feature is configured on the Lync client of the chef, to accept important rerouted calls from the secretary
