For the life of me I can't figure out how to get blank buttons on a VVX 500 and EM.
Right now, I'm using the following:
attendant.resourceList.22.address="sip:11111111114@server.com" attendant.resourceList.22.label="." attendant.resourceList.22.type="normal"
I have to use a different address or the button doesn't show up at all.
There's got to be a way to do this...Help!

Hello @PCS-Brad,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Yet again it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Jan 12, 2012 Question: Can I change / re-assign the appearance of Line, BLF, Speed Dial and Presence Keys?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
Not providing the community with the minimum basic information may affect how we can answer.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Steffen,
Thanks for the reply, but I'm afraid I'm more confused now. The FAQ you referenced makes mention of both a feature.flexibleLineKey.enable and lineKey.reassignment.enabled. Which should I be using on my VVX 500 running 5.7.0.11768?
Also, the FAQ says exact details are given in the UC 4.0.1 Admin Guide, page 179, but that's not the case. Page 179 on the linked Admin Guide is a discussion of PTT/Paging.
Which should I use?
