Auto reboot each night

Hello,

Is there any way we can get the phones to check the server cfg files each night?

For Grandstream/Snom etc we've been able to successfully check in each night which means we can roll out changes out of hours.

Can you inform as to how we do this, or whether we can do this?

I've checked ======>>>>> here <<<<<====== for the answer but it was 3 years ago.....

Mant thanks,

Joe

Hello Joe,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Nov 24, 2014 Question:How can the Phone automatically check / poll for configuration changes or new software versions?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
