Hi there!

I have 2 phones, a VVX400 and a VVX300 with the same issue.

I am trying to connect them to FreePBX. My extension numbers are 5 digits long. When I press the “New Call” soft key on either phone and try to input a single 5-digit.extension number, the phone autodials after the first 2 digits.

I am wondering how I would go about fixing this issue. I am grateful for those willing to offer their support.

Hello @Jessie M. Hadaller ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Both the communities Must Read First and the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain. The FAQ especially covers many questions which already have been answered already and therefore should be consulted prior to posting.

I suggest you look at this:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Phone unable to Dial a number when Off Hook or on 2nd Call in a Conference or Digitmap issues

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
