Hello RRvja,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The C100S as shown => here <= in the data sheet only supports officially Windows XP
Windows Vista and Windows 7 support was added as shown on the support page => here <= and can be found already asked in multiple other posts that can be found using the community search => here <=
The C100S does not support Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10

----------------Thanks for your reply. I certainy wished there was a an update/fix for this issue. What product would you suggest that I purchase from Polycom that supports Windows 10? Use of the item is for a small organization whose meetings consist of 12 persons.
Hello RRvja,
The C100S is not really an applicable device for such large meetings.
If you are utilizing Skype I would suggest to look into one of our conference Phones. Some of them are compatible with a computer calling kit cable.
I am unsure if this is "standard" Skype or Skype for Business as this may change.
All our current VVX Deskphones support Skype for Business and in addition our newest conference phone flagship is the RealPresence Trio 8800.

----------------This sounds like a good option. Would the RealPresence Trio 8800 work with auberconference calling platform? I would very much like to use the unit with my laptop. Is there a computer calling kit cable with the Trio 8800?
Hello RRvja,
the Trio is our next level flagship and simply the best conference phone we have ever produced.
It either uses USB or Bluetooth (including NFC) to pair with devices.
Its a SIP Conference Phone which also supports LYNC / Skype for Business.
In addition if purchased with a Visual+ it doubles up as a Video conferencing system,
