Good Morning,
just a quick question:
They have a VVX500 phoneand they do not have the administrator password for it.
It has been changed.
How can they reset the unit to factory defaults without the password?
They are unable to get into the web interface and unable to get into the phone settings.
Any help will be appreciated.

We do not disclose within this official Polycom community how to reset the Phones if the Admin Password is lost.
Many of our partners utilize these phones and offer services so we cannot publicly disclose the procedure to do so.
Please contact our support team .
We will remove any post replying to this that will publicly explain how to remove the password.
