Admin Guides and developer documentation in PDF

Where can I find a PDF version of documents like the UC Admin Guide (non-Skype, v 5.5 + but specifically 5.9.3) as well as the corresponding Web Application for Polycom Phones document? Searching the KB only provide HTML versions. The PDF button only provides the page being viewed.

The support page just points back to the above link on the documents page.

Thank You!

Hello @allenu ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

We no longer host them and you can save them as PDF from the HTML versions we made available online.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Re: Admin Guides and developer documentation in PDF

Unfortunately, that document does not have the information I am looking for, regardless of the format.

I am looking for a document that contains the complete list of XML tags/schema for 5.9.X, in a similar manner as it's presented in the 5.5 document. See the attached .gif.

I have a copy of the 5.9 polycomConfig.xsd, but that's really not a referencable document.

I do a lot of 1 off customizations, and that portion of the 5.5 Admin Guide is my go to reference.

Same with the Web Applications Developer Guide - which I can't find at all.

This page states to go to the support page and get it, but following that link gives a 403.

<removed by a Moderator as we no longer develop the SDK>

Link that breaks:

<removed by a Moderator as we no longer develop the SDK>

However if you go to:

<removed by a Moderator as we no longer develop the SDK>

You will not find the Web Applications Guide at all.

I'm now working with 5.9 in addition to 5.5 and 5.4. I need to find the referenceable documentation.

Re: Admin Guides and developer documentation in PDF

Hello @allenu

I actually opened an internal ticket for the missing link.

<removed by a Moderator as we no longer develop the SDK>

I am unsure why we changed the format but the current format for the Admin Guide is as we support it from now on.

Any complaint on this would have to come via your Poly reseller.

Best Regards

Re: Admin Guides and developer documentation in PDF

Thank you!  The Guide is 5.3? And the SDK is 4.0.1?

Re: Admin Guides and developer documentation in PDF

Hello @allenu ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

The shared link should hold everything that is publicly available. The next step would be to raise a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
