Hello,

we are experiencing (from today) SIP/2.0 500 Internal Server Error response to notify (event dialog) from ours Polycom SP IP 670 customers. Polycom phones has been upgraded to 4.0.9.0509 at the beginning of August.

Our IP PBX is running  FreeSWITCH Version 1.2.24+git~20140910T073219Z~bbe2531cb0~64bit (git bbe2531 2014-09-10 07:32:19Z 64bit) and we remembered a similiar issue last year in the same period.

Could it be something related with CSeq "understanding" from polycom phone?

We remembered some issue related to this.

Please find attached a trace captured from one of those phones:

phone ip: 10.200.24.255  (8411@insiel.fvgvoip.it)

sip_proxy ip: 10.100.0.70

freeswitch ip: 10.100.0.78

Thanks in advance for help.
