while content shareing audio is not woking in locally.

Hi team,

We are using Polycom group 500 series, for this codec have two content sharing inputs,

1 is the HDMI.

2 is VGA.

When we shared form the HDMI throw it was working fine audio and video…both sides…

Same time if you shared with VGA + Audio cable that time far side can able get the audio + video , but locally audio is not working.

Polycom Audio output cable was connected direct to ample wire, from the ample wire to speakers.

As usually 500 series output port it is connected throw 3.5 Pin jock, we have removed 3.5 pin from the codec and connected audio cable to Laptop also we not getting audio,

Can you please let me know what the issue was, is it need to be any settings in the codec?

You do not state what software version you are using so an assumption is made here.

Did you associate the 3.5mm port with the video content port?  If not that is likely your issue.  Check out the admin guide for how to configure your audio ports and make sure you have associated the 3.5mm with you content port.
