After a power failure, not boot terminal realpresence group 300. Attempting to restore using USB flash does not work. And also in the recovery screen incorrectly displays the serial number. Who has clever ideas how to overcome this problem?

Which files are located on the USB stick? Did you follow the process as described in the GS Admin Guide?
