problem with Camera on POLYCOM HDX-7000 system

Hello to all

I'm using POLYCOM HDX-7000 system

And camera not working properly.
The cable was plugged from camera into device, It was detected on vc Unit, but for some reason we can’t see a video picture on the screen, just a grey picture.
Also on the camera we have 12V power input, but as i can see in manual, It can be used without 12v power supply

Hi, is the Camera and HDX close to each other and using the standard 3m cable that came with the package?  The HDX provides power to the Eagle Eye camera from Camera Input 1 up.  When you plug the camera in, does it wake up?

Yes, i'm using the standard cable with the package. When i'm pluging the camera, all i can see just a Grey screen, sometimes it's becoming a blue. Please help!

When you go into the camera settings on the HDX and you select detect camera, is it finding the EagleEye camera? I suggest your raise a trouble ticket with tech support to get this resolved.

On the HDX system which software version is running.

Or if you have another HDX system so you can replace the camera and cable and check whether the problem is in camera or the codec.

Check in System/Admin settings/Monitors - the video format configured in the HDX (VGA, DVI, etc.)

I have MPTZ-6 Camera with HDX-7000, Camera image is not showing in the display. Showing blue screen in the display, I have updated latest firmware in codec. After that problem is same.

I want to know that where is the problem.
