I have the m100 telepresence software running on a Pentium 4, 3.4ghz dual core proc with 2GB RAM but the video from that I am seeing from the far end is extremely choppy/glitchy (very pixelated).  I have followed the steps outlined on polycom's support site and have seen minimal improvement.  We have the PVX software on a similar computer and it displays the video without any issues.  The main issue seems to be that the m100 software maxes out both CPU's even though the specs of the computer easily match the requirements for use.

Are there any display settings that can be set to improve the video I am seeing from the far end, or any suggestions on additional steps to try?

Sounds like there may be another application running that is competing for CPU usage or a common file access.  We have seen this with apps like Citrix XenDesktop.
