m100 Proxy Settings

Hi, I am trying to use m100 behind a proxy at work, and I cannot get through. I cannot find the proxy settings anywhere on the application. Is there any way to set up a proxy with the m100 application? Thanks.

Hello abiezerf,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Please be aware that this community forum is not meant as a official support platform.

 

As far as I can see in the Admin Handbook => here <= Proxy seems only being supported via SIP.

 

You can always contact your Polycom Reseller or Polycom Support as they can help or assist you in any support issues.

The reason I am asking is that we are evaluating if we want to use this product. I called support, but the only support provided for evaluation is here. It appears then that it does not do what we want.

Please feel free to work via your Reseller or Polycom Support to raise a Feature Request in order for the Product Management to possibly add this functionality in a future Version of the Software.
