Hi Guys,

 

I am making point-to-point h323 video calls to my HDX7000 system, these are working great with no issues.

The problem I am having is the content button is greyed out so I can not share my screen with the HDX7000 system.

 

There are no firewalls in between and content is working between this system and another HDX7000.

 

Is there some additional configuration that I need to do to get this working with the m100 client?

 

Please let me know if you need more info.

Hello,

 

 

The m100 uses H.239 for content, please make sure that the HDX 7000 has H.239 enabled.

This option is found under call preference. Also make sure that basic /diagnostic mode is disabled on the HDX as well.

 

Another possibility is the processor on the PC that m100 is installed. The software checks the hardware when it’s launched in order to determine capabilities, if the processor is not powerful enough to do content, the button would be grayed out.

 

What are the specs of the PC?

If it’s a laptop make sure to have it plugged in to power.

Perfect !!! The issue was that I didn't have the H.239 box checked on my HDX7000.

Hello,

 

I have just installed m100 on a netbook and when I make a call the sounds works fine, but I cannot see the video.   This works fine from my desktop (not running m100).  I cannot say if the issue with m100 or with the netbook?

All I can say is that there are 4 buttons grayed out: show content, show PIP, show full-screen video and show far end camera control.

 

I'll be happy to follow any suggestions, I need this to work for a call in 19 hours from now!
