I have two sites each using hdx 6000. both can send content (e.g. laptop) but only one is capapble of receiving (viewing). I assume the one having the problem is missing a port forward. What ports must be forwarded to receive content?

First thing to check is the HDX monitor set up to show content.

Verify the Display Content check box is checked in the HDX Admin tools for the monitor you choose.

Admin Settings>Monitors.

Also check that nothing is blocking H239 in the network.

THe HDX uses ports:

TCP ports 3230-3235

UDP ports 3230-3280
