This gateway is dedicated to aGroup system 700. We can make calls when the network is set to PRI using the dial string format for ISDN. We are having the problem when using the gateway as a direct connect to a crypto device using V.35 Port 1 configured for RS 530.
The doc set is not very detailed on how to place the call, to attempt to make the calls I just type in the IP address of the gateway and the and the call comes up between the gateway and the Codec. The gateway does not appear to talk to the crypto device. The LED on Port 1 stays solid green and never flashes. Is dialing just IP address the correct format?
