I saw a table (in attachments) where is mentioned that multipoint calls on GS calls exceeds the speed of 2Mbit/s.
On top of that some other Polycom systems consisted of Group endpoints has in their datasheets stated, that they support protocol H.231 <-- for example an RP Centro - a solution based on GroupSystem endpoint.
