Hello,

  I have updated my HDX units to 3.14.  I have Eagle Eye directors asa well.  When i tried to update the firmware to one of the directors, it failed. telling me the unit was not compatible with the update. Now i have BSD, Blue Screen of Death, no camera video.  i tried the following:

 

power cycling director

rebooting codec

reseating cameras

disconnecting and reseating all cables

resetting director, (pressing rest while powering, red light during reset, blue light once completed)

 

I have not tried resending firmware at this point.

 

Thanks for any input to resolve this issue.
